By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or using Grant Goldmind in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not create an account, purchase a membership, or use the platform.

Your continued use of Grant Goldmind after any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. About Grant Goldmind

Grant Goldmind is a software platform that provides grant discovery tools, funding opportunity research, grant tracking, grant readiness assessments, AI-powered funding tools, educational resources, templates, funding organization tools, and membership services.

Grant Goldmind provides educational resources and software only.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Grant Goldmind does not guarantee any of the following:

• —Grant awards
• —Contracts
• —Loans
• —Business funding
• —Government funding
• —Financial outcomes
• —Business success

Funding decisions are made solely by the organizations offering funding. Grant Goldmind has no influence over funding decisions and cannot guarantee any particular outcome.

4. User Responsibilities

To use Grant Goldmind responsibly, you agree to:

• —Keep your login credentials private

5. Membership Access

Your membership provides access to digital software, tools, resources, and features available within Grant Goldmind. The specific features available to you depend on the membership plan you purchase.

Grant Goldmind may add, improve, remove, or update features at any time to improve the platform. We are committed to continuously enhancing the experience for all members.

6. Founding 100 Terms

• —Founding Members are grandfathered into the Elite membership under the Founding Member program.
• —This offer will permanently close after the first 100 qualifying purchases.
• —Grant Goldmind reserves the right to discontinue future Founding Member sales after those 100 memberships have been claimed.

7. Payments

All payments are securely processed through Stripe. By purchasing a membership or product, you authorize Grant Goldmind to charge the selected membership or product fee to your payment method.

Grant Goldmind reserves the right to refuse or cancel any transaction involving suspected fraud, unauthorized use, or violation of these Terms.

8. No Refund Policy

Due to immediate access to digital products, software, membership benefits, templates, AI tools, and funding resources, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, credits, or partial refunds will be issued.

Technical support will always be provided for legitimate access issues. If you experience a genuine technical problem preventing access to your purchased features, contact support and we will resolve it promptly.

9. Chargeback Policy

Filing a chargeback after receiving full access to Grant Goldmind may constitute a breach of these Terms.

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, Grant Goldmind reserves the right to submit the following evidence to the payment processor:

10. Intellectual Property

No copying, sharing, redistribution, resale, reverse engineering, or commercial reproduction of any Grant Goldmind materials is permitted without written permission from The VIYA Group, LLC.

11. Account Sharing

Memberships are licensed to one individual or one organization unless otherwise stated. Sharing login credentials with others is strictly prohibited.

Grant Goldmind may suspend or terminate any account found to be violating this account sharing policy.

12. Platform Availability

Grant Goldmind may occasionally experience maintenance, updates, outages, or service interruptions. We strive to minimize downtime and communicate planned maintenance in advance whenever possible.

The VIYA Group, LLC is not responsible for temporary interruptions beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The VIYA Group, LLC and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Grant Goldmind.

Grant Goldmind is provided "as is" and "as available" without guarantees of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to guarantees regarding uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or financial outcomes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in the State of Maryland.
